Tick Tock

As the grandfather clock strikes midnight, the perfect Cinderella story ends. Timing is everything theses days. Whether it be timing to be with a certain person or timing for an opportunity, the time events take place is crucial. The only thing left to say is make sure if the timing feels right, take advantage of it, and if the timing isn't don't waste your time trying to make things work.

i will (not) wait for you

Although it may seem that with patience waiting on something or even perhaps someone may be easy, the truth has been simply overlooked. Waiting on someone with the over dramatizing media with songs like; wait for you, and the Britney Spears songs that ruled our boomboxs in the 90s, waiting just isn't that easy. Personally I think waiting has become almost an excuse to some and an effort to others that is overlooked. I have stopped waiting and have decided to live life to the fullest with no regards holding me back, and I suggest everyone live the same.

$$$

Here it is, prom season. With the preparation come big dollars spent. Not only do the boys dish out money for dinner but the girls have many steps to looking prom ready. It seems a bit ridiculous the amount of money spent on one evening. The question is; is it even worth it? It is undoubtedly possible to have a good prom and save that moolah. The best way could be to find alternatives to the expensive tasks like nails and hair. But you never know that evening could be one of the best nights of your life, so whatever you spend, (whether it be a large sum or small), make sure to have a good time.

K

The most annoying trait of any common day texter could possibly be the one word responses, the short answers, the fall of man kinds communication. I myself and a long texter. I spell everything out and tell complete stories with full detail, while on the other hand many go on and on about how they love texting and couldn't live without it but send the most irrelevant texts. As if it's not bad enough that communication is breaking down through technology the short responses break it down even farther; to its decomposed stage. Texters throughout the world should eliminate the short text all together. I mean come on people lets actually communicate.

Ameri-lack

The simple fact that America has lost emotion is present in everyday life. Whether it be as simple and to not caring about a grade on an assignment or ignoring problems in ones life, most Americans have completely lost all feelings and emotions. People are less excited about big events and see much things as, "it's whatever." Personally I think it's the emotion that reveals much of a persons personality. It's how they react to situations and the emphasis they put on certain things that defines them. This is why the words, "it's whatever," will never come out of my mouth, because tons of things are more important than whatever but something.

The Not So Honest App

"Someone wrote in my honesty box last night!"
This phrase has been said quite frequently after the Apps option of honesty box came up on the oh so addicting facebook. The Truth behind honesty box, well, isn't quite honest as all. The applications purpose of spreading honesty about thoughts about another individual has lost its truth along its use. People use honesty box to say things that are too harsh to reveal the identity of the sender. If honesty box is meant to spread the truth, then the anonymous sender name should just reveal the true identity. The app is normally not used to say kind things but nasty ones to hurt an individual. Why this may make venting about the girl who stole your boyfriend a lot easier, saying mean things that are most likely not true is not the healthy way to go about it.

judge me please

The constant judging of others has been brought to my attention quite frequently recently. I have come to the conclusion that judging someone is completely absurd. Everyone has different situations and passing judgment is a shallow action. Many judgments are made on a whim and is a natural human action but perhaps by thinking twice before making a comment or giving criticism one should take the time to get to know the human being on a personal level.
